ONE NINE SIX NINE Photography officially started in the summer of 2024. While we are a new business, Ben, the owner, has been doing professional photography for several years, with his work published and exhibited.

We are brand new, and all our images come from real clients (some of whom are friends). If you’re willing to give us a chance and allow us to use your images in our portfolio, we’d be happy to extend a 50% discount on your session cost and 20% off any additional images you purchase.

Booking is easy! You can schedule your session directly through our website by clicking the 'Schedule A Session' button. We’ll confirm and set up a consultation to discuss your preferences and goals.

We require a $69.00 booking fee to secure your session. This fee is non-refundable but will be applied to the total session cost. If you need to cancel, we offer an 80% refund for cancellations made up to 24 hours before your session. Cancellations within 24 hours are not eligible for refunds.

For headshots, we recommend solid colors and avoiding busy patterns. For family or senior portraits, coordinating but not matching outfits works best. You can check our blog for detailed wardrobe tips tailored to each session type.

Session lengths vary based on the type of photography. Headshot sessions typically last 20-70 minutes depending on the package. Family and senior portrait sessions usually last 1-2 hours, while lifestyle and branding sessions vary depending on your needs.

We recommend getting plenty of rest, staying hydrated, and avoiding any major skincare treatments right before your session. For headshots, make sure your hair and makeup are as you'd like them in the final images.

For headshots, you’ll have up to 20 images to choose from, and each package includes a set number of professionally retouched images. For other services like family portraits or personal branding, the number of images varies based on the package. Please refer to the specific service page for detailed information about the number of images included in each session.

You’ll have access to your gallery within 48-96 hours after your session. Professionally retouched images will be delivered within a week after you’ve made your selections.

We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you're not happy, please give us a chance to make it right. We’ll do everything reasonable and humanly possible to correct any issues and ensure you're satisfied.
